If for any reason, you are not completely satisfied with a purchase, we invite you to review our policy on refunds and returns.
The following terms are applicable for any products that you’ve purchased from us.

Interpretation
The words in which the initial letter is capitalised have meanings defined under the following conditions. The following definitions shall have the same meaning regardless of whether they appear in singular or in the plural.
Definitions
For the purposes of this Return and Refund Policy:
“Company” (referred to as either "the Company", "We", "Us" or "Our" in this Agreement) refers to muziqo
“Goods” refers to the items offered for sale.
“Orders” means a request by you to purchase goods from us.
“Website” refers to muziqo.in, accessible from https://muziqo.in
“You” means the individual accessing or using the service, or the company, or other legal entity on behalf of which such individual is accessing or using the service, as applicable.
Conditions for Returns
In order for the Goods to be eligible for a return, please make sure that:
- Returns are applicable under the condition that the delivered Item has an problem regards to Quality/Working of the product only.
- Physical Damages is not covered under quality. However, any damages during shipping will be considered with supporting images and video of unboxing shared on the day of delivery. Any claimes that are made post the day of delivery will not be considered.
- The goods were purchased in the last 3 days. For Out Station Refund, the team will co-ordinate with you separately as the timelines and conditions could be as applicable at the time of refund. But our team will be available for any kind of prompt responses.
- The goods are in the original packaging
- The goods are not damaged in any way. Muziqo reserves the right on this decision to consider if it is a damage with no intentions to refuse the return.
- We reserve the right to refuse returns of any merchandise that does not meet the above return conditions at our sole discretion.
Refund for Goods
Refund for the returned goods will be settled in bank account in 10-15 working days.
